Global DJ Broadcast: Markus Schulz and Cosmic Gate (Mar 15 2018)

Ahead of the Transmission Asia festival in Bangkok this weekend, Markus Schulz checks in from high up above on a plane this week again as he makes the long journey there.

On the show, he presents the new Davey Asprey remix of his Dakota track The Spirit of the Warrior, as well as presenting new music from Gareth Emery & Ashley Wallbridge, Alex M.O.R.P.H. & Mark Sherry, Jason Ross, 4 Strings, Ben Gold and more. In the second hour, Markus is joined by Cosmic Gate for the guestmix, showcasing the sounds of their new compilation Wake Your Mind Sessions 003.

All roads after Transmission lead to Markus' home town of Miami, for the annual Miami Music Week festivities. His action begins on Wednesday night at the W Hotel, for a special themed Dakota vs. Purple Haze night.

Global DJ Broadcast: Markus Schulz 2 Hour Mix (Mar 01 2018)

Before departing for Guadalajara and Minneapolis, Markus Schulz checks in from the Coldharbour studios in Miami for the Global DJ Broadcast, and delivers another fresh two hour journey across trance, progressive and techno.

On the show, he presents Coldharbour world premieres from Davey Asprey, along with a new collaboration between Dennis Sheperd & DIM3NSION. The mix also features new music from Above & Beyond, Johan Gielen, Ana Criado, Solarstone, Gai Barone, Giuseppe Ottaviani and much more.

On tour, Markus heads to Strana in Guadalajara, Mexico on Friday night - a set which will be recorded and featured on the World Tour next week. And on Saturday, he heads to Minnesota where fans can find him at Rev in Minneapolis.

From high up in the sky while on the way to Seattle, Markus Schulz checks in with his weekly Global DJ Broadcast presentation; showcasing lots of big and fresh material. His mix includes a world premiere from Talla 2XLC vs. Pay & White, and features new music from Ferry Corsten & Paul Oakenfold, Dylhen, Cosmic Gate, Patrick White, Elevation, Davey Asprey and more. In the second hour, Markus is joined by Los Angeles Coldharbour resident Dave Neven for the guestmix, in anticipation of the release of Meraki on Coldharbour this weekend.

In the clubs, you can catch Markus for an open to close solo set tonight at Foundation in Seattle, before moving on to Omnia in San Diego on Friday. Welcome to the first World Tour edition of the Global DJ Broadcast for 2018, where each month Markus Schulz brings you a slice of his sounds in the live environment, featuring some of the world's most famous clubs and events.

For the first of the year, we take you back to New Year's Eve, and for the third time, Markus held fort all night long at the legendary Avalon nigthclub in Los Angeles, playing open to close for eleven hours. The midnight festivities have taken place and we are deep into the night as we pick up the action.
