The brand new Dakota album was revealed at Transmission in Prague last weekend, titled The Nine Skies, and Markus Schulz presents a world premiere of Edonismo on the Global DJ Broadcast this week; a track you will receive as an instant gratification from Friday by preordering The Nine Skies on iTunes.
Markus also presents new music from Gai Barone, Dennis Sheperd, Andy Moor, Gaia, Koen Groeneveld, Dylhen and much more. In the second hour, Talla 2XLC is on hand to deliver the guestmix, with both Talla and Markus responsible for mixing the brand new Techno Club Volume 53 CD compilation, out on Friday through Amazon Germany.
If you are in Brooklyn, New York, you can catch Markus live this Saturday night at Schimanski. That set will be recorded to air on the Global DJ Broadcast World Tour next week.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all, and Markus Schulz is on hand direct from Denver to serve up a treat through the latest edition of Global DJ Broadcast. He is joined by trance pioneer Jam El Mar for the guestmix, ahead of their apperances at Ministry of Sound in London for Coldharbour Night this Friday, alongside Solid Stone and Arkham Knights. And also appropriately, before the release of their remix reviving the iconic Odyssey to Anyoona this Monday.
Attention will shift to Prague on Saturday night for the annual Transmission extravaganza. For the very first time, you will be able to witness Markus performing as Dakota live through video; with the audiovisual presentation of THe Nine Skies airing on his Facebook page at 3:15pm Pacific | 6:15pm Eastern | 0015 Central Europe on Saturday evening.

It has been a busy week for Markus Schulz, putting the finishing touches on his upcoming Dakota album, as well as compiling a fresh two hour journey for the latest edition of Global DJ Broadcast.
On the show this week, Markus presents his newly released Transmission theme, titled The Spirit of the Warrior, as well as featuring new music from Above & Beyond, Dennis Sheperd, Arkham Knights, Solid Stone, Gabriel & Dresden, Ferry Corsten and more. The essentials are prominent in hour one, before weaving through some progressive and techno in hour two, leading to the big finish.
This particular Friday night has been circled in his calendar for quite some time, and Toronto is in for a special occasion at Rebel, as Markus plays alongside close friends Cosmic Gate. And for fans in Denver, a tradition is rekindled as Markus spends Wednesday night, Thanksgiving Eve, at The Church Nightclub.

Back to regular studio duties for Markus Schulz on Global DJ Broadcast this week, and presents his latest batch of favorites. Anthemic from the outset, his mix begins with the official theme for this year's Transmission festival in Prague, the Dakota influenced piece The Spirit of the Warrior, which is available on Coldharbour from this Monday. Markus' set also includes new music from Ferry Corsten, Armin van Buuren, Dennis Sheperd, Jam El Mar, Robert Nickson and more. In the second hour, he is joined for a guestmix from rising UK talent, Davey Asprey.
It is a busy weekend for Markus on the road, starting tonight with a four hour set for Club Glow at Soundcheck in Washington DC, followed with a trip to Barrymore's in Ottawa on Friday. And on Saturday it will be the spectacle of Premier at the Borgata in Atlantic City.

Our monthly World Tour edition of the Global DJ Broadcast shines the spotlight on Amsterdam Dance Event week in the Netherlands, where for the second year running, Markus Schulz took control of a sold out Melkweg nightclub on the Friday night, performing one of his signature open to close solo sets. The highlights of the night are here for you to enjoy - from the opening, to the peak and chaos, to the twisted small hours.
Fans in Northern California can look forward to seeing Markus this weekend, as he will be playing at Pure Lounge in Sunnyvale this Friday night. And the week starts early for him next week. Fans in Washington DC can find him at Soundcheck on Thursday November 9th.
