It's a brief hello from home in Miami from Markus Schulz this week, before boarding a plane to his home away from home, Germany, ahead of a busy weekend. And after last week's special In Bloom edition, and thank you all for your feedback on that, it's back to regular studio duties with another airing of the next Dakota single Running Up That Hill, a world premiere from Solid Stone, new music from Sander van Doorn, Kyau & Albert, Deadmau5, Arkham Knights, Cosmic Gate, 4 Strings and more, as well as a guestmix from Solarstone who celebrates the release of his new album '.----'
If you are in Germany, you can catch Markus this weekend at Studio One in Dresden on Saturday, before taking to the stage at Mayday in Dortmund on Sunday.
And it's a quick turnaround ahead of a mammoth few days in the United States. Markus heads to Albuquerque for Posh Nightclub on Wednesday, before playing at Beta in Denver on Thursday May 4th. Then on Cinco de Mayo, Friday May 5th it's a long, extended set at Webster Hall in New York City, before festival action again and an important show for the Seattle trancefamily, in the form of Bliss Transcendence.

Welcome to a very special edition of Global DJ Broadcast, as Markus Schulz today introduces the latest in his series of themed concept mixes. A two hour all vocal trance journey titled In Bloom, joining the ranks of the established Sunrise Set, Afterdark and Classics Showcase.
The goal with In Bloom is to celebrate and embrace the spring season. This concept in particular is focused on words, and how they are interpreted through song, weaved throughout the eras of past, present and future.
And by the future, that includes the world premiere of world premiere of Markus' brand new Dakota single, his remake of the iconic Running Up That Hill, an integral piece of his audiovisual project The Nine Skies.

Welcome to our fourth monthly World Tour expedition of 2017, chronicling Markus Schulz's recent travels and liveset performances from across the world. For the latest trip however, he didn't have to go very far, as the world's dance music community came to his hometown for the annual Miami Music Week festivities. Faced with the challenge of bringing the curtain down on the entire week, where after various parties, festivals have exhausted anthems, Markus seized the opportunity to deliver something special, spanning a journey across no less than ten and a half hours. The highlights of which, are available for you here to enjoy.
Markus heads to Asia for the next week, stopping in Taiwan for the Looptopia festival in Taipei on Sunday, before heading to Bahrain for the first time, playing at Coral Bay ahead of the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.
